My nationality is Spanish but I was born and raised in Germany in a bilingual environment. At home we spoke Spanish but outside we always communicated in German. This had a profound impact on me, and I always knew that one day I would devote myself to languages. My passion led me to translate the songs of my favorite music bands from English to Spanish as a child. When I was 11 I moved to Spain, and at age 22 I graduated with a degree in Translation and Interpreting, specializing in Economic Law, from the University of Granada. I eventually found my way back to Germany, specifically Heidelberg, where I studied for a year with the translation faculty and completed a Master's Degree in German Didactics with the Goethe Institute. I started my career as a translator and interpreter as well as being a German and Spanish teacher.
My passion is traveling, and I´ve also lived in Mexico and the United States. Since 2007 I´ve been living on the wonderful island of Mallorca, where I continue with my translation and teaching work.
